We do our best to ensure our customers are always happy with their purchase, and we sincerely apologize if you are not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be more than happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit. Cash or credit refunds will not be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then a store gift card will be issued to you, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
All sale items are FINAL.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be charged a $6 restocking fee. If you receive a refund in store credit, the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
